1. Information We Collect
Account data: name, email address, auth identifiers, and account settings such as language or currency. Service data: information you add about students, lessons, notes, and payment records. Billing data: subscription status, Paddle customer and subscription identifiers, and transaction details supplied by Paddle. Security and usage data: IP address, browser or device data, page visits, CAPTCHA results, and optional analytics or session replay events if you consent.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the Service, authenticate your account, protect forms from abuse, process subscriptions and refunds, respond to support requests, and understand product usage when you opt in to optional analytics.
3. Data Storage and Security
Primary application data is stored in Supabase on AWS infrastructure. We rely on provider controls such as encryption in transit and at rest where available. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Third-Party Services
Supabase: authentication, database hosting, and auth email delivery. Paddle.com: billing, tax handling, subscription management, and refunds. Google: optional OAuth sign-in. Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection and abuse prevention on auth and recovery forms. Google Analytics: optional website analytics. Yandex Metrica/Webvisor: optional analytics and session replay. Vercel: application hosting.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can delete your Repetika account or export your app data from Settings, or contact support@repetika.app about other privacy requests. Paddle may retain billing records where required to operate the payment service or comply with legal obligations.
6. Cookies
We use essential browser storage, including cookies and local storage, to keep you signed in, remember language preferences, and protect the Service. Optional analytics and session replay load only after you accept them. You can change that choice later from Privacy choices.
7. Children
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the current version on this page and update the last updated date.
