Frequently asked questions
Does Repetika work on mobile?
Yes. Repetika works in the browser on any phone, tablet, or computer. There is nothing to install.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan does not require a card. You only pay if you need more than 3 active students.
Is my data safe?
We store app data in Supabase and rely on infrastructure encryption in transit and at rest. Optional analytics can be declined.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Open Settings, use Manage subscription, and cancel renewal in the Paddle portal. Your Pro access stays active until the end of the paid period.
How do refunds work?
Open Settings and use Request refund for the latest eligible Pro charge within 14 days. Refund requests are reviewed manually. If you only want to stop future charges, use Manage subscription instead.
How does payment for the Pro plan work?
Checkout is handled by Paddle. The site may show an approximate local-currency estimate based on the latest daily exchange rate, but exact billing is in BRL. Available payment methods, taxes, and checkout details depend on your country.
