Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Repetika ("we", "our", "us") provides a web-based student management platform for private tutors ("Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Repetika helps private tutors manage their students, lesson schedules, and payment tracking. The Service is provided "as is" via web browser.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Plans and Billing
Free Plan: up to 3 active students with core features. Pro Plan: unlimited active students. The site may show approximate prices in another currency based on the latest daily exchange rate, but exact billing is in BRL. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record. Taxes and available payment methods are shown at checkout.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel renewal at any time from Settings via the Paddle subscription portal. After cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, then the account returns to the Free plan.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Repetika (student information, schedules, payment records). We do not claim any rights to your content.
7. Data Storage
We use Supabase (hosted on AWS) for authentication and database hosting. We rely on provider security controls such as encryption in transit and at rest where available, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt to access other users' data, or reverse-engineer the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Repetika is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
