Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is completely free and requires no payment.

2. Pro Plan Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of the latest eligible Pro charge from Settings. Refund requests are reviewed manually and are not instant.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel renewal at any time from Settings via the Paddle subscription portal. After cancellation, Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refund requests are processed through Paddle and may wait for Paddle approval before funds return to the original payment method. Bank or card processing usually takes 5-10 business days after approval.
